Key Responsibilities Directing and managing all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production maintenance quality and logistics. Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity efficiency and profitability. Ensuring compliance with all company policies safety standards environmental regulations and quality specifications. Managing the plant budget controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation. Leading mentoring and developing the plant team to foster a high-performance culture. Implementing and championing continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles. Overseeing the maintenance and reliability of plant equipment and infrastructure. Recommended Qualifications Proven leadership and management experience in a manufacturing plant. Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility and budget management experience. In-depth knowledge of production planning quality control and supply chain management. Experience ensuring compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards.
