Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations ensuring production targets quality standards and efficiency goals are met. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive growth and profitability. Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and safety. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing operations management including P&L responsibility. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead develop and motivate large production teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field. In-depth knowledge of safety quality and regulatory compliance standards within a manufacturing environment.
