This position ensures timely scheduling of Care Team Supervisor visits accurate placement of attendants for long-term assignments efficient start-of-care scheduling and reliable fill-in dispatch support. The Staffing Manager leads the Staffing and Dispatch teams and plays a critical role in maintaining exceptional client satisfaction compliance and operational efficiency while supporting organizational goals for service excellence.Job RequirementsEducationBachelors degree preferredOR equivalent experience in home care/healthcare operations:Associate degree and/or 60 hours from an accredited college/universityExperience35 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare settingExperience working with elderly or disabled populations (professional or personal)SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent organizational multitasking and time-management skillsProficiency with scheduling systems and EMR platformsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of state regulations compliance standards Medicaid and home care policiesStrong computer skillsProfessional verbal and written communicationAbility to motivate teams and collaborate effectivelyBilingual fluency (Spanish Mandarin/Cantonese Russian or Portuguese) preferred but may be required as neededKnowledge of the healthcare industry preferredTransportationMust have access to dependable transportationValid drivers license and auto insurance requiredKey AccountabilitiesOperational OversightEnsure timely scheduling completion and documentation of visits according to company and regulatory standardsManage attendant scheduling and long-term client placementsOversee staffing teams ensuring timely shift coverage and minimal scheduling errorsMonitor scheduling performance metrics and proactively address coverage gapsEnsure compliance with state regulations payer authorizations and internal policiesMonitor Special Care Attendant resources and productivityClient Experience & QualityMaintain high levels of customer service and timely resolution of client concernsCreate and execute staffing and dispatch plans for vacant shift coveragePartner with Branch Director to improve NPS and lead action planningSupport care teams to ensure quality and adherence to service plansPrioritize new client start-of-care placementsParticipate in state survey preparation onsite visits and corrective action activitiesLeadership & CollaborationLead mentor and develop the Client Care Coordinator teamPartner with Branch Director Care Team Supervisors and Recruiting to maintain optimal staffing levelsImplement operational best practices to improve efficiency and client outcomesSupport initiatives focused on vacancy reduction speed to fill compliance and client satisfactionMaintain compliance with all regulatory requirementsProvide qualified direct care services as neededSupport caregivers office staff and field teamsMonitor ElaraCare communications and maintain engagementEnsure timely resolution of vacant shifts or appropriate documentationMaintain effective communication with employees case managers and clientsUphold HIPAA standards and confidentialityRepresent the company in a professional positive mannerPromote the organizations mission values and servicesPerform other duties as assignedKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Vacancy fill time for dispatch start of care (SOC) and recurrenceScheduling accuracy and service completion ratesClient satisfaction and NPS performanceCompliance and audit readiness#ElaraGAWe value the unique skills of veterans and military spouses.
