Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations ensuring production targets quality standards and delivery schedules are met. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity efficiency and profitability. Manage plant budget control operational costs and identify areas for financial improvement. Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols environmental regulations and quality management systems. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations. Demonstrated success in P&L management budget control and cost reduction within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations quality management systems (e.g. ISO) and environmental compliance. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. MBA or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field. Demonstrated experience leading significant automation or Industry 4.0 implementation projects. Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or global operations.
