Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations ensuring production targets quality standards and safety protocols are met. Develop and execute plant-level strategies to optimize efficiency productivity and cost-effectiveness. Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Manage plant budgets control costs and identify opportunities for financial optimization. Ensure strict adherence to all health safety environmental and regulatory compliance standards. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing quality systems and safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to manage production processes maintenance and supply chain. Excellent leadership team development and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
