Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency and meet targets. Manage the plant budget control costs and identify opportunities for financial improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and operational performance. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols quality standards and regulatory compliance. Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Manage plant assets including equipment maintenance and facility upkeep to maximize uptime and longevity. Recommended Qualifications Minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a plant management or senior leadership role. Proven track record in implementing Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong financial management skills including P&L responsibility budgeting and cost control. Demonstrated ability to lead develop and motivate large teams while fostering a strong safety and quality culture. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation IoT Industry 4.0). MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
