Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations including production quality control maintenance and logistics. Develop and implement production strategies budgets and performance metrics to achieve business objectives. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols environmental regulations and quality standards. Lead train and manage plant personnel fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes reduce costs and enhance efficiency. Manage capital expenditure projects and maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions. Recommended Qualifications 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management including significant leadership roles. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements. Exceptional leadership communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality culture.
