Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency productivity and cost-effectiveness. Manage the plant budget control expenditures and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure strict adherence to all safety environmental and regulatory compliance standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles throughout the facility. Implement and maintain robust quality control systems for all products and processes. Recommended Qualifications Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency productivity and quality metrics. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop high-performing teams. Proficiency in managing plant budgets P&L and capital expenditures. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related technical field.
