Job Title: Plant Operations Director Duration: Full Time/Permanent Location: Middlebury VT 05753 Shift: 8am to 5pm SIGNING BONUS- No RELOCATION PACKAGE- Partial Job Description: Must-Haves: 5 years of Facilities Leadership experience necessary. Basic HVAC electrical plumbing boilers hazardous material and safety management experience required Thorough understanding of healthcare facility regulations and compliance. Excellent communication team building skills with an ability to prioritize. Demonstrated knowledge experience and comfort with business strategy implementation cost controls productivity enhancement and operating in a politically sensitive environment. Nice-To-Haves Healthcare facility experience preferred but not required. CHFM certification- American Hospital Association Certified Healthcare Facility Manager College education in maintenance or Technical Education in a building trade with State licensure is preferred.
