• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of production workers
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing or processing environment
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and plant operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
