Together lets build a brighter healthier future for all.*This role must reside in or near the Cambridge OH area*We are seeking a Plant Systems Integrator at our Colgate-Palmolive plant in Cambridge Ohio who willlead plant systems integration projects training of operations and engineering teams and system troubleshooting and maintenance.What You Will Do:Execute all plant systems projects in area of expertise (SAP or Wonderware) in the assigned plant. Provide the technical expertise to configure maintain and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant.Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization.Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems.Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional IT SSO and ISM teams.Establish and maintain close relationships with the plant leadership teams engineering teams plant operations teams and quality teams.Actively participate in the global plant systems integrators network.Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Information Technology5 years experience with engineering supply chain operations and/or IT Supply Chain required3 years experience with manufacturing operations and core processes5 years experience in programming and configuration in Programmable Language ControllersPractical working knowledge of Wonderware manufacturing software or SAP manufacturing applicationsPhysical Requirements:Must be available to work any shift weekends holidaysMust be able to stand for 8 - 12 hours per shiftMust be able to stoop bend crawl reach for extended periods of time during shiftMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to frequently move boxes totes bags ranging in weight up to 50 poundsMust be able to wear all required personal protective equipmentMust be able to ascend and descend ladders and stairsPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in Wonderware manufacturing software such as:Wonderware ArchestraWonderware MESWonderware InBatchStrong proficiency in SAP usage and SAP Transactions such as:Production OrdersProduction ConfirmationsMaterial Movements (Goods Receipts and Goods Issues)SAP Quality Management - Critical modelKnowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) preferably using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL reporting services.ManufacturingKnowledge of TableauBasic understanding of:Production Planning and SchedulingInventory ManagementPlanned Maintenance ConceptsStatistical Process Control (SPC) ConceptsPlant Floor Control System ConceptsOperational Excellence Standards and Expectations:Factory Performance and Reliability (FP&R)EOHS StandardsQuality Standards/Regulatory RequirementsPlant Metrics such as throughput Operating Efficiency (OE) unplanned downtime (UPDT)Ability to configure and test plant systemsProven track record of project managementCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range $95000.00 - $130000.00 USDPay is determined based on experience qualifications and location.
