Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTitle: Engineering Technician – Injection MoldingLocation: Cary, ILSalary: $28-30/hrResponsibilities:Process molds from scratch, including startups and changeoversSupport single-cavity tooling setupsTroubleshoot molding issues and ensure machines run efficientlyWork with various resins, including PCR and regrindPerform quality checks and ensure compliance with production standardsMaintain accurate records and production documentationRequirements:HS Diploma/GED required; technical training preferred5+ years of experience in injection molding (processing and troubleshooting)Experience with single-cavity toolingStrong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilityAbility to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with ISO/FDA standards a plusCompany DescriptionSterling has helped build careers for thousands of professionals like yourself.
