The salary range for this position is $19 to $22 hourly depending on experience.The deadline to submit applications is initially set forMonday October 21 2024.However the application period is subject to potential extensions or closure at any time without prior notice especially once a sufficient pool of qualified applicants has been obtained.This is how you WOW:Operates a variety of different types of equipment and uses numerous hand tools to produce plastics parts for production while meeting scheduling timelines.Produces parts according to set specifications.Able to start up and shut down machines make program changesAble to start up and shut down machines make program changes.Be proficient at balancing and changing out molds on each arm.Must be proficient at de-flashing and inspecting part coming off roto mold machine.It would be WOW if you would bring this in:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).At least 6 months of experience in rotational moldingHas used hand routers hand drills band saw hand grinder air ratchets impact wrench and other hand tools to produce parts.Possesses basic computer skills.Our Kärcher WOW-package:Medical Dental and Vision planPaid Holidays (11 per year)Flexible PTO for exempt employees; generous PTO for non-exempt employeesHSA FSA and 401K matching plansPaid sick time as well as short and long term disability insuranceWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands.Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.The noise level in the work environment is usually high proper protective equipment is required.The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
