Summary
We're hiring a skilled, customer-focused Service Plumber to join our growing team. This position offers a $10,000 signing bonus _(terms apply) _and is ideal for someone with solid plumbing experience who takes pride in solving problems and delivering top-notch service to homeowners and small businesses.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
Replace or service water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other fixtures
Clear drains, locate and repair leaks, and resolve water pressure issues
Communicate clearly with customers and explain recommended solutions
Use tablets and ServiceTitan software to document jobs and materials used
Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services
Requirements
Must be a licensed plumber
Minimum 3 years plumbing experience required
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-minded
Comfortable using tablets, software, and email
Valid driver's license with a clean record
