Position required to maintain and repair plumbing equipment and fixtures throughout a new facility located in Springfield Virginia. Duties may include but not be limited to the following:Reading and interpreting blueprints;Installing maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures;Fitting and repairing appliances;Cutting welding soldering and assembling pipes tubes fittings and fixtures;Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety functionality and code compliance;Possessing working knowledge of water supply heating and ventilation systems; andEntering data into a Computerized Maintenance Management System.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Selected candidate may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.Required Qualifications for a PlumberMust be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment.Journeyman Plumber license;High school diploma or equivalent; andExperience with CMMS is a plus but not required.About ATIATI Inc.
