We are seeking an experienced and reliable Service Plumber to join our growing team. Position Overview: As a Service Plumber, you will perform diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and installation services for plumbing systems across residential and commercial sites. This position requires strong technical skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently or with a team.This is a union position represented by UA Local 41, offering competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and pension as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas lines. Perform installation of piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and equipment. Provide emergency and scheduled service calls with a professional and courteous attitude. Perform boiler work: annual maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, startup/commissioning, and replacement of residential and commercial hot-water and steam boilers (gas, oil, and electric) Service and repair commercial hydronic systems, circulating pumps, expansion tanks, zone valves, and related controls Conduct drain cleaning (snaking, hydro-jetting, camera inspections) Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and job specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Accurately complete paperwork and communicate findings to customers. Qualifications: Current Journeyman Plumber license (Montana) or ability to transfer (required). Must be a current member of UA Local 41 or willing to join upon hire. Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial service). Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and equipment. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in a variety of environments. Benefits: Union wages and benefits per UA Local 41 agreement.
