Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTop JobLocated in Kalispell, MTSalary: $25.00 - $30.00Express Employment Professionals is seeking Journeyman and Apprentice Plumbers for a highly regarded local plumbing company specializing in residential and new construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who value craftsmanship, teamwork, and a safety-first culture.Key Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixturesWork on residential and new construction job sitesCollaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other tradespeopleInterpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and building plansDiagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies efficientlyConduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systemsKeep accurate records of time, materials used, and work performedTroubleshoot and repair systems including water heaters, pressure tanks, pumps, and sewage ejector pumpsPositions Available & Pay Rates:Apprentice PlumberStarting wage: $20/hour (depending on experience)Eligible to enroll in the Montana Plumbing Apprenticeship Program (4-year program)Pay raises awarded upon completion of each year of schooling and trainingJourneyman PlumberStarting wage: $35/hour (depending on experience)Must hold a Montana Journeyman Plumbing LicenseCompany vehicle providedSkills & Qualifications:1-3 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber or relevant plumbing experience as an ApprenticeFamiliar with plumbing materials and systems including PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copperProficient with hand and power toolsSolid understanding of local and state plumbing codes and safety regulationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansValid Driver's License requiredMontana State Plumbing License preferred (for Journeyman) or ability to obtain license within 3 monthsBenefits for Full-Time Employees:Medical and dental insuranceRetirement planVacation payHoliday payCompany vehicle (Journeyman level only)Who We're Looking For:A reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious professional with a strong work ethic.
