Leaders who are excited to challenge themselves and grow will find great opportunities with Better Buzz Coffee!Salary Range: $110000.00 - $130000.00ResponsibilitiesEventually overseeing 5-6 cafes you will help build a management foundation to help us rapidly expand. You will cultivate a positive and people first culture within each location by establishing relationships through consistent and constructive communication. You will inspire our teams to reach financial and operational targets and deliverables by being an example developing leaders supporting brand initiatives and effectively holding staff accountable. The foundation of this position will be to identify areas within our operation to create and implement successful solutions for operational success. You will ensure that all business processes are enforced regarding operations and lead the team on all metrics standards policies & procedures. You will ensure the Better Buzz experience is positive fun and uplifting for all team and guests.We are sprinting and need people that can pivot and be nimble in this rapidly changing environment. We are tough on standards and metrics. We track same store sales guest comments drive-thru times fulfillment times labor and more and we are holding our multi-unit leaders to the highest levels of accountability.
