Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary The Plumbing Field Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within the plumbing division, leading and managing the sales team, and developing strategies to expand market presence.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve sales goals.Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed goals. Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction. Analyze and control job expenses to meet budget. Communicate and align with other departments and functions. Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing. Continually improve sales culture through individual coaching, training, and validation. Work with the dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job. Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department. Inspire technicians to hit their sales goals. Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards. Conduct daily ride-alongs, including occasional weekends as the business demands. Monitor performance of service and sales and advise as to how to improve. Other duties and tasks as assigned. Education & ExperienceRelevant education or work experienceWork ScheduleMonday through Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM with flexibility required to work earlier or later if required. Rotating weekends as “Manager on Duty”.
