Proficiency in completing inspection reports using digital tools or mobile applications.Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify workmanship defects code violations and performance issues before they escalate.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain inspection findings and corrective actions to contractors builders and team members.Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to recommend effective solutions for non-compliant installations.Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk construction sites climb ladders bend and lift up to 40 lbs as needed for inspections.Work Ethic: Reliable self-motivated and able to manage multiple inspection assignments independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency.Licensing & Compliance: Must hold a valid drivers license maintain a clean driving record and comply with all safety and OSHA standards.
