Maintain working relationship to promote quality of work and scheduling efficiency.- Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of all services performed.- Clearly communicates with the superintendent by giving essential recommendations regarding customer claim issues.- Assist in the in-field training of new technicians.IES Residential is currently seeking Plumbing Service/Warranty Tech!We are a residential plumbing company based in beautiful San Antonio, Texas. Work for a company with an excellent compensation and benefits package!!QualificationsExperience in New Construction Residential preferred- Journeyman license preferred- 2 years of plumbing experience preferred (at least 2 of those in residential service/repair)- Valid Driver’s License- Have high school diploma or GED- Bilingual is a plus- Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements- Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, and work on ladders and scaffolds- Willing to travel to required job site
