Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systemsTroubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutionsRepair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and related plumbing equipmentPerform drain cleaning and basic sewer line diagnosticsEducate customers on repair and replacement optionsMaintain accurate service records and job documentationDeliver exceptional customer service on every callFollow company safety standards and plumbing codesWork collaboratively with dispatch and management teams

QualificationsRequired

Minimum 3+ years of plumbing service experienceStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently and manage service calls efficientlyExcellent customer service and communication skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to explain repair options clearly and professionally

Preferred

Residential service plumbing experienceWater heater installation and repair experienceTankless water heater experienceDrain cleaning and sewer diagnostic experienceSales and customer education experience
