Our culture is people-focused, data-driven, and results-oriented.Summary:The PM Cook will help run the kitchen, be part of the team, and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare and/or direct the preparation of food to be served, complying with all sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standardsUse supplies and facility properly to minimize loss, waste, and fraudMonitor incoming food product to ensure qualityEnsure the hot bar us ready for guestsCondense and refill as neededClean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensilsOperate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddlesClean and stock work stationsRequirements:Qualifications:2+ years of restaurant experience requiredBenefits:Competitive salaryAnnual review with increase potential401k program with company matchAdditional benefits may be availableArbor’s Guiding Principles:Arbor Lodging focuses on Five Guiding Principles to foster a culture where growth, development, and progression thrive within the properties:Do the Right Thing - Operate and act with integrity in all you do even when it is not convenient.
