Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION Lodging CoordinatorReports To: SupervisorJob Type: Full-TimeGENERAL DESCRIPTIONAt Corporate Hospitality Services, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lodging Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely lodging arrangements for our clients, maintaining strong communication with both hotels and internal departments, and supporting our commitment to exceptional service in the oilfield hospitality industry.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESAnswer and screen incoming calls with professionalism and efficiencyAccurately gather information and enter data into the queue systemMonitor and respond to reservation and lodging emails, assigning tasks appropriatelyBook lodging accommodations accurately and promptlyLiaise with hotels to update or resolve issues with reservations on behalf of clientsCommunicate with clients regarding updates or issues reported by hotelsNegotiate and confirm hotel rates to maximize client savingsReview entries in Salesforce to avoid duplicate bookingsInform clients about hotel policies that may incur additional charges (e.g., cancellations, parking fees)Address and resolve client complaints related to CHH facilitiesComplete nightly check-in call lists and document all interactions thoroughly in SalesforceEXPERIENCELodging Coordinator: 5 years (Required)Hospitality Industry: 1 year a PlusCustomer ServiceMultitaskerAble to work well under pressureTeam player with positive attitudeCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS (AFTER 90 DAYS)Dental InsuranceHealth insuranceVision InsurancePTOAfter 1 year of dedicated service, the employer will provide comprehensive coverage for allied medical expenses at no cost to the employee"To explore other available positions, please visit our Careers page at https://www.chsoilfield.com/careers/. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOmkVPqOyEU
