Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:Responsible for food preparation and general kitchen sanitation. Must have basic knowledge of kitchen equipment including knife handling. Responsible for maintaining a clean cooking and working area. Must maintain a neat professional appearance and manner.Job Duties: Responsible for prep work of main kitchen and banquet kitchens. Including a.m. line and special functions Responsible for plating salads and dessertsResponsible for preparing and plating items from the hotline Responsible for the cleanliness of the work areaMust monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be reorderedResponsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock Responsible for maintaining a clean uniformOther duties as assigned Reports To: Executive Chef, and Executive Sous ChefBenefits:• Starting hourly wages $17.00 - $20.00 based on experience• Health insurance with a 22.5% employee contribution for individuals and families, supplemental insurance available for life, dental, vision, and other coverages for full-time employees• Paid time off and five days of sick pay for full-time employees• 401k plan with a 4% match (30-day from start date)• Holiday bonus• Complimentary meals while on duty• Free Uniforms• Flexible schedules• Limited golfing privileges• All other benefits in accordance with club policy as stated in the employee handbook
