This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iriss behavioral healthcare partners expanding access to quality care. Youll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry neurology and psychology and be supported by an experienced administrative teamso you can focus on what matters most: patient care.About the Role:Setting: Join a FQHC 100% remote outpatient clinic based out of MaineSchedule: 40 hours per week in ESTPatient Population: Ages 5 with diagnoses including MDD GAD SUD schizophrenia bipolar disorder globophobia and PTSD.Appointments: 60 minutes for initial visits 30 minutes for follow-ups.Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center in Maine. Youll have full support from onsite telehealth staff to handle rooming vitals labs giving you more time to focus on what you do bestpatient care!Patient Support & Care Coordination: Youll play a key role in ensuring each patient receives the right care from day one. Every patient completes a thorough intake with an RN receives a personalized treatment plan before their first prescriber visit and participates in a baseline drug screening.
