Policy Analyst active/current TS-SCI at VETS, Inc

VETS, Inc., is looking for an experienced Policy Analyst to join our growing team. This is a fulltime, permanent opportunity with full benefits working onsite at the Pentagon. Due to security requirements, this position requires an active DoD TS / SCI clearance. Position requirements:Provide technical support to development and maintenance of policy governing the Title 10 DCIPSDevelop information papers, FAQs, policy proposals, substantive briefing presentations.Revise policy, draft policy documents, manage document coordinationReceive, track, and draft responses to questions from Defense Intelligence workforceSupport new and ongoing Human Capital initiatives requiring changes to existing policy or creation of new policyPolicy Analyst Duties include: Research, organize, analyze, and summarize data; Develop preliminary findingsAssist in drafting written reports Assist in developing white papers and briefingsAssist in preparing and presenting briefingsAttend and document meetingsInteract with experienced technical staff, management, and government clients. Required skills Strong and verbal and written communication skills Proficient research and analytical skills Experience in MS Office Suite Ability to work in a dynamic work environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a teamAbility to problem-solve in a time constrained environmentAbility to take initiative and work independently Ability to prioritize tasks Military experience, or experience with contracting or the federal government a plus Requires a current / Active DoD TS – SCI Clearance
