Actions have agency wide application and operational or service impact. Responsible for drafting policies and procedures and tracking policy updates. Conducts follow up evaluations of studies policies and various programs to assess impact on policies and procedures. Compiles and reports on statistics related to policies and programs to evaluate implementation and maintenance of policies procedures and associated tools. Develops impact statements that may include budget issues. May serve on committees and boards and appear in hearings and public meetings as an agency representative.
