If you are ready to work hard with a world-class team, we encourage you to apply.Location: Whitesboro, NY (Onsite) Responsibilities:Operate high-speed grinding wheels, bobs, and emery belts to perform final polish operations on parts.Operate automatic polishing robot.Remove stock from parts to maintain proper visual appearance, contour, dimension, and end match.Change and dress wheels, belts, and bobs as required.Interpret and polish to qualify parts based on Cordax reports, Ability to read and interpret process sheets and polish to quality to guillotine, and dimensional requirements.Polish all required gages and process sheets.Follow all safety and health policies, including the use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the position. Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to remain focused on tasks throughout scheduled hoursMust be a self-motivated and dependable worker Preferred Qualifications:Prior polishing experienceExperience in a relevant field preferred, but not requiredWorking Conditions:Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Acknowledgements:The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
