The successful applicant will contribute to the continued growth of our undergraduate degree program. Responsibilities include supporting the enhancement of the Construction Management program and the Engineering Technology department through the development of labs and teaching resources, curriculum improvement, and involvement in the accreditation process (e.g. SACS, ABET, ATMAE). Teaching the equivalent of 30 credit hours annually, roughly 15 credit hours per semester.Educational Requirements for the Position:A completed Doctorate or Master’s degree, or ABD (All But Dissertation ) by July 2026 in Construction Management, Building Construction/Science, Civil Engineering with a construction emphasis, or a closely related field is required.Experience Required for the Position:The applicant must demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate education and service, as well as a solid ability to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration. Preference will be given to candidates with at least three years of industry experience in construction management and/or prior college-level teaching experience.
