With values such as People first always and Do the right thing we are committed to the wellbeing of our team members.We place great emphasis on staff development and understand the importance of ensuring our people have the opportunity for a long-term career through continuous growth and up-skilling.If youre looking for a company that offer you stability flexibility and career opportunities look no further!Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician will provide consistent quality pool cleaning and maintenance service developing and maintaining a base of satisfied clients.ResponsibilitiesCheck water chemistry and balance pool water through the addition of the appropriate chemicalsMaintain pool cleanliness by brushing vacuuming netting cleaning tiles and emptying baskets of debrisPerform minor repairs and minor programming of pool equipmentDevelop and nurture customer relationshipsDocument your visit in the company CRM and by leaving a visit report for clientsMaintain and clean 80-90 residential pools on a weekly basis generally 12 to 16 per dayExpected workweek of 35 to 40 hours depending on the condition of your pools and your efficiencyHourly rate depends on level of experienceQualificationsMust be MATURE minded and take your position seriouslyMust present themselves with a professional appearance.A least one year experience preferred.Have a great personality! Ability to work in public and speak respectfully and professionallyMust have availability to work Monday Friday.Must be over 21 with a clean driving record (no recent major accidents or infringements) due to company auto insurance requirements.Must be capable of lifting to 50 lbs. plus and conducting physical labor in the Florida heat and weather.Excellent customer relationship building and communication is a must.Must have a positive attitude and work well independently while exhibiting team-oriented behaviorsTo ensure consistent client satisfaction resulting in repeat business and referrals.Provide reliable efficient and professional service to clients.Provide professional pool cleaning water balancing and client follow-up.Load vehicle with standard and out-of-ordinary stock.
