We take pride in creating a supportive dynamic and professional environment where employees can thrive.Position OverviewAs a Porsche Salesperson you will be responsible for guiding clients through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism expertise and integrity. This role requires a proven sales background excellent communication skills and a passion for luxury automobiles. You will act as a Porsche brand ambassador delivering a premium client experience while achieving individual and team sales goals.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers identifying their vehicle needs and preferences.Present and demonstrate Porsche vehicles highlighting features performance and value.Guide clients through the sales process including vehicle selection test drives trade-in evaluation and financing options.Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.Build lasting client relationships through follow-up communication ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Stay up to date on Porsche product knowledge inventory and industry trends.Consistently achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of prior sales experience required (automotive sales strongly preferred; luxury sales a plus).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.Proficiency in basic computer skills (CRM email Microsoft Office).A valid drivers license and acceptable driving record are required.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission structure.Medical Dental and Vision Insurance.401(k) Retirement Plan.Paid training and opportunities for career advancement within Walters Auto Group.Employee discounts on vehicles service and parts.Salary Range: $50000 $150000 annually (base plus commission depending on performance) Key Skills Sales Experience,Door-to-Door Experience,Inventory Control,Customer Service,Organizational skills,Computer Skills,Retail Sales,Agriculture,Computer Literacy,Roofing,negotiation,Phone Etiquette Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
