Position: Porter Work Location: Miami FL 33135 Payrate: $19.00/hr Duration: Full-Time Shift: (Mon Fri) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Description: Responsible for maintaining a clean organized and safe environment throughout the facility. This individual plays an important role in supporting daily operations by ensuring that work areas common spaces and restrooms remain in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas including restrooms hallways breakrooms and offices Remove trash and recyclables regularly and restock supplies as needed Sweep mop and disinfect floors and surfaces Assist with light maintenance duties and general facility upkeep Monitor and report any repair or maintenance needs Support team members with moving equipment or materials when required Follow all safety procedures and company standards Qualifications: Previous experience in janitorial housekeeping or porter work preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Dependable punctual and able to work independently Good communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Key Skills Restaurant Experience,Porter Experience,Customer Service,Buffing,Dealership Experience,Cleaning Experience,Detailing,Manual Transmission Experience,Maintenance,Custodial Experience,Power Tools,Commercial Cleaning Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
