Company:MercerDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth Business at Mercer. This role will be based in Boston and offers a hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.As a Portfolio Implementation Associate you will take direct responsibility for discretionary client and investment product implementations collaborating closely with investment consulting operations and portfolio management teams. Youll manage key activities such as account setup trade instructions in-kind transactions and operational risk reviews ensuring smooth and efficient execution. Providing comprehensive operational support for new client accounts and assisting with ad hoc client requests youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and facilitating seamless communication across teams. Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $54000 to $108000.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
