This role focuses on enabling Technical Adoption Managers and Partners with high-quality guidance that accelerates customer onboarding consumption and long-term operational maturity.ResponsibilitiesDevelop adoption frameworks onboarding playbooks operational runbooks and lifecycle best-practice documentation for VCF.Identify customer post-sales needs and translate them into scalable repeatable TAM delivery assets.Improve customer value realization and VCF consumption by enhancing TAM guidance and delivery materials.Partner with product engineering support services engineering and TAM leadership to align adoption content with product direction.Continuously measure and refine the effectiveness of adoption and lifecycle resources.Support global TAM teams and Expert Advantage Partners with technical enablement resources and success-focused materials.QualificationsBachelors degree with 12 years of experience; Masters with 10 years; or PhD with 7 years.Strong technical understanding of private cloud infrastructure and operational lifecycle management.Excellent problem-solving analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in customer success post-sales engineering or technical adoption roles preferred.About the TeamThis role sits within Broadcoms VCF Portfolio Services Engineering organization a group dedicated to improving customer outcomes through high-quality technical adoption guidance.
