Job Details

• 15 patients per day
• Part-time position: 1-3 days a week
• Compensation and benefits: our compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $82,252 to $98,703 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform primary care in a post-acute setting for short term and long-term patients
• Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
• Order and interpret lab results
• Prescribe and monitor medications
• Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare practitioners
• Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditions
• Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
• Promote healthy lifestyle changes

Qualifications

• Board certified internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM), or emergency medicine (EM) clinician
• Willing to train experienced candidates as well
• Licensed in state

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
