We are physician-driven, patient-focused and provide ample opportunities for growth as you develop your career.Medical Director RoleProvide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians in our skilled nursing facilities in the Greensboro, North Carolina, areaConduct clinical case reviews as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of careRepresent TeamHealth on appropriate external levels identifying, building relationships within the post-acute care community Collaborate with clinicians, hospital leaders and others regarding care and services for enrolleesReview care coordination initiatives, develop collaborative intervention plans, and share ideas about network management issuesPerform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requestedPhysicians trained or practicing medicine in the following disciplines are encouraged to apply: family practice (FP), primary care, internal medicine (IM), adult, post-acute, home health, hospice, palliative, wound care, and hospital medicine (HM).
