Attention to detail great communication skills (verbal & written) great organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.Responsibilities:Review closing documents for accuracySending funding documents to lender for funding authorization.Strong attention to detail.Good communication skills.Ability to MultitaskQualifications:Candidates with experience and strong knowledge of Title Insurance are encouraged to apply.Minimum of 2-4 years experience in Post-ClosingBackground in National Recordings both Residential and CommercialKnowledge of SoftPro Select a plusGreat time management skillsOutstanding work ethic with the ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments.Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.High level of accountabilityCustomer service orientedCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively (written and verbal).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyThe annual base salary for this position is $50000.00 - $60.000.00.General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of CRC Group: At CRC Group were committed to supporting every aspect of teammates well-being physical emotional financial social and professional.
