The postdoc will focus on conducting and developing research onproteins especially plant proteins. The position requires decision making problem solving and method development skills on protein extraction optimization fractionationpurification characterization binding properties modification and application in food systems. Also a sloid knowledge and research experience on chromatography(HPLC UPLC GC/MS GC/MS-O) and proteomics is appointment involves developing instrumental methods for enhancing proteins especially plantproteins functionalities and application in food products. Experience and willingness to learn Proteomics and/or flavoramics chromatography and spectroscopy methodsinstruments and software are required. The postdoctoral research associate will work with undergraduate and graduate students as well. Candidates should be wellorganized and experienced in working in research labs and have good communication and teamwork skills.
