Post Press Operator - (3rd shift - 11pm to 7am)The Post Press Operator is responsible for the operation and manual setup/changeovers of multi-color sheet fed or high speed continuous/web presses.LOCATION: Townsend MA 01469POSITION: ContractSCHEDULE: Third shift - Sunday to Thursday 11pm-7am (Train on 1 st shift)PAY RATE: $20.00 hourPerform a complete effective set-up of press including identifying and loading correct stock setting correct paper path and stretch bending and mounting plates mixing PMS ink die registration making appropriate adjustments to the ink and water balance assuring accurate multi-color register and setting up any attribute functions e.g. perforations number file holes etc. Determine and understand all order instructions and running of press meeting job requirements of ink density ink and water balance color matching size and construction and required attributes at a quality level that meets or exceeds our customers expectations. Performs daily weekly and monthly preventative maintenance to ensure a quality product to customer as required. Understands all press controls and demonstrates their use. Maintains the ability to troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns; demonstrates the ability to make adjustments to the equipment including blanket changes washing up units cleaning water system and roller settings as required.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA 2 years Maufacturing/Printing experienceKnowledge of Printing Process and usageStrong attention to detail.
