The successful candidate will investigate microbial virulence strategies, host immune responses, and the dynamic interplay between infectious agents, microbiome, and host physiology using state-of-the-art genetics, imaging, and biochemical approaches. Qualifications Ph.D. in microbiology, immunology, molecular/cell biology, bioengineering, or related fields; strong record in host-pathogen or host-microbiome research. Demonstrated independence, collaborative mindset, and clear scientific communication in writing and presentations.
