Our lab focuses on developing advanced human cardiac organoid systems to uncover the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying congenital and acquired cardiovascular diseases.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of stem cell biology cardiovascular development and translational disease modeling using cutting-edge technologies such as:Human iPSC culture and directed cardiac differentiationMulticellular cardiac organoid engineering3D bioprintingCRISPR-based genome editingSingle-cell transcriptomics and spatial omicsAdvanced imaging and quantitative image analysisFunctional assays for cardiac physiology and cellcell interactionsThis position offers a unique opportunity to lead high-impact research projects contribute to manuscripts in top-tier journals and develop an independent scientific vision within a highly collaborative environment.
