Job Title: Postdoctoral Scholar - Center for Rare Earths Critical Minerals and Industrial Byproducts (NHMFL) Location: Tallahassee, FL Regular/Temporary: Temporary Full/Part Time: Job ID: 61561 Department The National High Magnetic Field Laboratory (NHMFL)Qualifications PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Physics, or any other relevant discipline.Preferred Qualifications Experience in experimental separation processes, ligand chemistry, molecular dynamics simulations and/or computational fluid dynamics, magnet systems, experimental micro/macro fluidics, and colloidal science.A track record of quality publications with excellent writing skills is essential.Experience with instrument design and/or automation experience.Interdisciplinary knowledge and skills bridging engineering to soft matter science.Team player with outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Helpful Start Date: Evaluation of applications will begin immediately, with a start date as early as January 2026.
