Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Pay: $22-$25/hr + $2/hr swing shift differential

Milgard Windows & Doors is looking for a Powder Coat Finishing Operator to join our Swing Shift team in Fife, WA.

This hands on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, quality finishes, and teamwork in a fast paced production environment.

What You'll Do

As a Powder Coat Finishing Operator, you will play a critical role in product quality by:

Operating and supporting powder coating and finishing processes for aluminum/fiberglass components

Preparing materials through cleaning, masking, hanging, coating, curing, and inspection

Ensuring finished products meet quality, appearance, and durability standards

Supporting production goals including On Time Delivery, Quality, Safety, Scrap Reduction, and Efficiency

️ Following standard work instructions and work orders accurately

Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe powder coat and work area

What You Bring

1+ year of experience in powder coating, painting, manufacturing, or industrial finishing (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Ability to read a tape measure

Basic math skills, including fractions

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted

Willingness to learn, follow processes, and work as part of a team
