We design and manufacture the world’s leading industrial and IT enclosures, racks, and accessories, including high-efficiency, high-density power management, and climate control systems for industrial, data center, outdoor, and hybrid applications.Primary Activities/Duties:Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and hanging them on racks.Operate powder coating equipment to apply paint according to specifications.Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and consistency.Maintain proper documentation of production and quality checks.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment and spray booths.Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.Assist with loading/unloading parts from the curing oven.Support department housekeeping and 6-S initiatives.Participate in cross-training and internal audits as needed.Knowledge & Experience:HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.Prior experience in industrial painting or powder coating preferred.Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety guidelines.Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required.Safety Requirements:Wear safety-toed footwearSafety glasses with side shieldsHearing protectionOther (PPE) where required.Work Environment:Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.If you require reasonable accommodation for any part of the application or hiring process due to a disability, you may contact the company’s Human Resources Department at (937) 399-0500.This option is reserved for individuals who require accommodation due to a disability.Rittal LLC and Eplan are proud to be an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
