This facility supports military and maritime customers and offers a stable, longterm opportunity for skilled coating professionals.Schedule & Compensation• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM• Occasional evening or Saturday shifts may be required for special projects• Overtime may be required based on production needs• Pay range based on experience $30/hr + and successful completion of in-person skills testResponsibilities• Operate powder coating equipment per manufacturer instructions, ensuring safety and proper use• Start up and shut down powder coating booths and ovens; monitor curing processes• Inspect applicator guns, air compressors, pumps, and related tools before each shift• Coordinate with maintenance for preventative care of powder coating equipment• Apply coatings at the correct mil thickness, monitoring gauges and controls for accuracy• Communicate with leadership regarding equipment status, production issues, and improvementopportunities• Perform additional production-related tasks as assignedQualifications• Ability to pass an in-person Powder Coat performance test• Demonstrated career experience in powder coating, ideally in industrial or marine environments• Knowledge of powder coating processes, materials, and equipment• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders• Strong communication skills and attention to detail• Physically capable of standing, walking, crouching, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working in a fast-paced,noisy production environment• Must pass drug test and background checkIND30
