The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across ETL pipelines, Azure data services, SQL, and enterprise Power BI development.🛠 Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, DAX measures, and optimized datasets.Build, enhance, and troubleshoot ETL/ELT Ingestion pipelines across Azure cloud data platforms.Work with Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Databricks, Synapse, SQL and related services.Perform data wrangling, cleansing, and integration from multiple healthcare data sources.Collaborate with business and clinical teams to translate requirements into actionable reports.Ensure data accuracy, governance, and performance tuning across BI solutions.Support the creation of reusable data models and semantic layers.🎯 Required Skills712 years of experience in Data Engineering with strong Power BI development.Hands-on experience with Azure data ecosystem (ADF, ADLS, Databricks preferred).Strong SQL, DAX, data modelling (star/snowflake), and analytics expertise.Experience working with healthcare datasets (claims, EMR, patient, operational data) is a plus.Expertise in performance optimization for both ETL processes and BI dashboards. Nice to HaveExperience with Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, or Python for data engineering. Healthcare compliance familiarity (HIPAA, PHI).Azure or Data Engineeringrelated certifications.
