DescriptionIn this position...This position entails working collaboratively with Ford internal and external teams including Hardware Software D&R Validation and power electronics suppliers to design / develop SW that meets corporate requirements specifications and customer needs. The selected candidate will be part of a team that will drive future product development and deliver industry-first features in the growing field of vehicle electrification!ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do Proficiency with C programming language. Strong software fundamentals surrounding firmware architecture algorithm development data structures code modularity and maintainability. Hands-on experience with real-time firmware development for microcontrollers and DSPs. Understanding of various high power conversion topologies (PFC CLLC and DAB DC/DC etc.) and their control algorithms. Familiarity with control loops and PID controllers.
