Power Platform Administrator - Remote at Genesis10

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Power Platform Administrator for a Remote position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $84.51 - $87.12 per hour The Power Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, governance, security, and operational support of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. This role ensures the platform is stable, secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational governance standards while supporting business users and developers in building low-code solutions. The administrator will work closely with IT, security, and business teams to manage environments, monitor usage, enforce policies, and optimize platform performance. Responsibilities: Manage and administer the Microsoft Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse Configure and maintain environments, tenant settings, and platform capacity Monitor platform health, usage, and performance Manage solution deployments and environment lifecycle (Dev/Test/Prod) Implement and enforce Power Platform governance policies and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies Manage user access, permissions, and roles within Power Platform environments Integrate with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management Troubleshoot issues related to apps, flows, connectors, and environments Provide tier-2 or tier-3 support for Power Platform solutions Partner with developers and business teams to enable low-code solution development Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience 2-5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform or related Microsoft cloud services Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse Knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center and environment management Understanding of DLP policies, connectors, and governance frameworks Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID administration Must be able to work Central Standard Time (CST) zone hours Desired skills: Microsoft certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Administrator Associate (PL-200 / PL-400 / PL-600 related paths) Experience implementing Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Knowledge of CI/CD for Power Platform using Azure DevOps or GitHub Experience with solution packaging and deployment pipelines Familiarity with REST APIs, connectors, and integration patterns If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
