You will have annual training requirements in topics ranging from safety hazardous materials quality systems and other topics.*1st Shift Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm*What You Will DoManual assembly tasks solder operating semi and automated processing equipment operating ovens using a microscope to perform and inspect workSit and stand for prolonged periodFollow detailed written work instructions using our Factory Operating System (FOS) create nonconformances in FOS and perform reworkCommunicate effectively multi-task and be flexible with the work assignmentsPerform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established proven process and perform in-process inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specificationsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires HS diploma (or equivalent e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceExperience with microelectronics and/or in a manufacturing environment within the aerospace or defense industryU.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
